We are looking for an experienced Roll-out Project Manager to lead the global implementation and rollout of SAP Concur across multiple countries beyond the initial pilot phase. The role involves strategic planning, project coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight to ensure a smooth and successful rollout across regions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale international rollouts, strong project governance capabilities, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic, product-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the global rollout of SAP Concur across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with business objectives and implementation timelines.

• Develop and manage rollout plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and country stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of Travel and Expense processes.

• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.

• Prepare and present regular project status updates, risks, and key decisions to the project steering committee.

• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across business units, regional teams, and implementation partners.

• Ensure effective project governance, delivery quality, and adherence to agreed scope, budget, and timelines.

• Apply Agile and product-oriented ways of working to support prioritization, continuous improvement, and efficient delivery.

• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and improve the rollout approach across countries.

• Facilitate decision-making and manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in large-scale international rollouts or complex implementation projects.

• Proven experience coordinating multi-country implementations involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product-oriented delivery models.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and timelines.

• Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience in project governance, steering committee reporting, and executive-level communication.

• Ability to work effectively in a complex global environment with diverse teams and competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Concur implementation or rollout projects.

• Exposure to Travel and Expense management processes.

• Experience in HR-related systems or business process implementations.

• Experience with SaaS implementation and global software deployments.
