📍 Stockholm | Full-time consulting assignment

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead digital initiatives within People & Organization (HR). You’ll work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that support business needs and align with digital strategy.

Your responsibilities:
• Lead HR and technology projects from planning through delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate stakeholders across HR, digital, and operational teams.
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Ensure clear communication between technical teams and the business.
• Support change management and alignment across functions.

What you bring:
• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, ideally within HR technology.
• A strong track record of working closely with digital delivery teams.
• Knowledge of HR processes.
• A structured approach to project delivery and steering committee reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience driving change across multiple teams and functions.

Experience with agile methodologies or the process industry is a plus.
