We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Development Project Manager to lead Service Market Technology (SMT) activities across product development and modification projects. The role involves ensuring that business requirements, project deliverables, budgets, and timelines are effectively managed and aligned with overall project objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in both agile and waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SMT project team from project initiation through the engineering gate process, ensuring all targets and deliverables are achieved.

• Own, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring alignment with agreed financial targets.

• Develop, maintain, and follow up on SMT project schedules and contribute to overall project timelines.

• Ensure SMT requirements and deliverables are integrated into all relevant project plans, including verification and validation activities.

• Define, coordinate, and drive SMT deliverables in accordance with project objectives and agreed requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure successful project execution.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive appropriate actions to secure deliveries.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• More than 5 years of relevant project management experience.

• Experience managing product development and engineering projects.

• Experience working with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.

• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery management.

• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within the automotive industry or aftermarket operations.

• Knowledge of Service Market Technology (SMT) and aftermarket processes.

• Experience with product development and process development.

• Familiarity with aftermarket documentation and related deliverables.

• Experience coordinating project activities across multiple engineering and business functions.
